HOW LONG DO THE COOKIES STAY FRESH?

All cookies are individually bagged and heat sealed and will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in their original packaging at room temperature. They can also be placed in the freezer in an airtight container to preserve freshness for a longer period of time. Do NOT refrigerate the cookies, as this may alter the design.  

 

CAN YOU MAKE GLUTEN FREE COOKIES?

Gluten “friendly” cookies are available upon request for an additional charge. This means that the ingredients used in the cookies are gluten free. HOWEVER, the kitchen they are made in is not a gluten free area, so there is a risk of potential cross contamination. 

 

DO YOUR COOKIES CONTAIN DAIRY, EGGS, NUTS, ETC.?

HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM ORDER COST?

Please refer to the Custom Orders section for details regarding pricing. Basic designs start at $50 per dozen. The price will depend on the complexity of the design(s) requested. Each customer will receive a personalized quote for their order prior to booking.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am a home baker located in Yorktown, VA and offer pick up from my house. Delivery may be an option depending on the location and the date and time needed. A delivery fee of $1 per mile (round trip) will be applied to your order.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR COOKIES?

Unfortunately, I am unable to ship cookies at this time.

DO YOU HAVE AN ORDER MINIMUM?

Yes, the order minimum for custom cookies is one dozen. If you are interested in smaller cookie sets be sure to follow Kindness Through Cookies on Instagram and Facebook for notices of Flash Sales, Giveaways, and Holiday Pre-sales, where I offer opportunities to purchase smaller sets and individual cookies throughout the year.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

The earlier the better! A minimum of 2 weeks notice is recommended for custom orders. A rush fee may be applied to orders placed less than 2 weeks prior to the pick up date.
