Please fill out this form to inquire about your custom order. I will use this form to contact you directly regarding your request. Submission of this form is NOT CONSIDERED AN ORDER. This is only an ORDER REQUEST. All requests will be reviewed within 48 hours and I will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. If I am able to take your order, I will email you an invoice which can be paid online. Full payment will be due a minimum of 10 days prior to the event in order to secure your date. If not paid by that time, your order may be forfeited. I am only able to take a limited amount of custom orders per week and my calendar fills up quickly. It is recommended that orders be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Orders placed with less than 2 weeks notice may be subject to a rush fee.
My custom cookie prices start at $50/dozen and one dozen is the minimum order size. Cookie prices vary depending on design, details, number of colors, and flavors. I will provide you with a quote for your order based on the details you provide on this form. All cookies come individually heat sealed in clear bags and stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. Cookies may also be frozen in order to preserve freshness for a longer period of time.
